From approved source to explainable result.

FleetFinder only admits a source once rights, purpose, field permissions, retention, and technical access are documented.

Provenance

Normalized records are linked to their source and source record. Observation time and source update time are kept separate, so freshness can be interpreted correctly.

Location

Addresses are normalized before geocoding. The result carries a precision, confidence, method, and review status. Radius is measured geodetically in metres; approximate positions are labelled, and exact coordinates may be rounded under the display rule.

Vehicle associations

Associations carry an evidence type, effective period, confidence, and review status. Suppressed, rejected, or non-displayable records never reach profiles.

Limitations

A visible association does not automatically document ownership, availability, or an intent to sell. Unknown coverage is factored into the assessment and shown as part of the result.
