Trial terms
Controlled professional evaluation.
These terms apply to an invited, free FleetFinder trial. The trial is decision support for professional vehicle exporters; it is not a sales listing, a credit assessment, or evidence that a vehicle is for sale.
Access and purpose
Access is personal, tied to the invited organization, and revocable. It may be used only for lawful internal B2B research and evaluation. Credentials must not be shared, and access controls, restrictions, or rate limits must not be bypassed.
Responsible use
Scores and filters are relevance signals, not statements of sales intent. Users must verify material facts at the original source before decisions or outreach and remain responsible for ensuring their own contact and exports comply with applicable rules. FleetFinder must not be used to identify private individuals, re-identify hidden information, make solely automated decisions about people, or enrich data with unlawfully obtained information.
Exports and confidentiality
Exports are for the invited organization's internal trial use only. They must not be resold, published, or used to build a competing registry. Exports and local copies must be deleted when the trial purpose ends or Keyton requests it.
Data quality and availability
FleetFinder presents a documented subset of the Danish Road Traffic Authority's transport-permit population, not every Danish company vehicle. Sources may be delayed or incorrect. Keyton corrects substantiated errors and may restrict or stop the trial for security, source, or compliance reasons.
Reporting and termination
Report errors and misuse to support@fleetfinder.dk, data-subject requests to privacy@fleetfinder.dk, and security issues to security@fleetfinder.dk. When access ends, the trial organization is closed and its data is handled under the privacy notice and applicable retention schedule.
