Purposes and legal bases
We process account, organization, and work-related contact information to deliver the invited trial and perform the trial agreement. Security logging, product improvement, and the bounded B2B search service rely on Keyton's legitimate interest in operating a secure professional research service. That interest is constrained through access controls, data minimization, suppression, short export lifetimes, and the right to object.
Data and sources
Account users provide their name, work email, and organization details. FleetFinder's company and vehicle relationships arrive through Keyton CRM from the Danish Road Traffic Authority's transport-permit register and CVR-related company information; technical vehicle fields come from the public weekly DMR statistics projection. We do not publish private owner or user names, full VINs, registration numbers, residential addresses, or private contact details. Registration numbers are converted to a non-reversible keyed token during ingestion and are not published.
Recipients and operations
Access is limited to invited members of their own organization and authorized Keyton operators. Supabase provides database and authentication in an EU region, Cloudflare provides edge hosting and security, Resend provides transactional email, and GitHub Actions performs controlled automation. Supplier access is limited by need and governed as processor activity where that role applies.
Retention
Contact enquiries are normally retained for 12 months after closure, audit and security events for 24 months, and export files for no more than 24 hours. Trial account and organization data are deleted or anonymized after the trial when no longer needed for evidence, security, or legal claims. Source data always follows the shortest applicable source, contractual, or statutory period.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, and portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send requests to privacy@fleetfinder.dk. We verify identity without collecting more than necessary and respond without undue delay. You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency at datatilsynet.dk.
Scores and automation
Replacement scores and other signals are explainable estimates of business-vehicle relevance. FleetFinder does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on people solely through automated processing.
